Hi, I'm Jessica

I built Wild Soul Wellness because I needed it to exist.

There was a time when I was holding everything together on the outside and completely falling apart on the inside. I was showing up for everyone — my kids, my work, the people who needed me — and I had no idea how to show up for myself. I didn't know what was wrong with me. I just knew I was exhausted in a way that sleep couldn't fix.

I started learning about the nervous system — not in a clinical way, but in a 'oh my god, this explains everything' kind of way. I realized I wasn't broken. I was dysregulated. And that was something I could actually work with.

Healing didn't look like what I thought it would. It wasn't a breakthrough moment or a perfect morning routine. It was small, quiet things. Breathing differently. Noticing my body. Letting myself feel things instead of pushing through them. Slowly, I started to feel like myself again — maybe for the first time.

I created this space for women who are where I was. Who are tired of being told to just think positive or practice more self-care. Who need something real. Something that actually works with their body, not against it.

You don't have to have it figured out to be here. You just have to be willing to come back to yourself, one small moment at a time. I'm glad you're here.
